Human rights law can sometimes be overwhelming to understand and even more overwhelming to keep track of.  This is especially so when you have other things to occupy your time — like running your business or earning a pay cheque.

The purpose of this blog is to use my knowledge and experience to help public and private sector employers understand the ins and outs of Canadian human rights law as it relates to the workplace.  No matter what role you play in your organization, my ultimate goal is that you will learn something useful here that you can then put to use in your workplace and prevent human rights conflicts from arising.
